- Background checks: We use Certn to conduct criminal record checks on companions. Your name, date of birth, and address are shared with Certn for this purpose
- Hosting and infrastructure: Our platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and report the breach to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required under PIPEDA.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

- Payment records: Retained as required by Canadian tax law (up to 7 years)
- Messages: Retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion
